In Aqaba you can dive and snorkeling all year round. The sea temperature is around 26 degrees Celsius in summer and around 20 degrees in winter.
Hard and soft corals, fish, crustaceans and molluscs
Aqaba on the Red Sea is home to 500 species of corals (of which 150 hard and 350 soft), 1,200 fish species and 1,000 species of molluscs and crustaceans.
More than 20 dive locations
There are more than 20 locations along the coastline (with technical dive sites over 30), most of which are located in the protected Aqaba Marine Park. Each site varies in form and inhabitants. You can dive from the coast. There are deep slopes, gorges, mushroom-like rocks, sandy soils, completely covered with flowering corals.
Sunken plane, cargo ship and tank
One of the most famous diving sites in Aqaba is the wreck of the Cedar Pride, a Lebanese cargo ship that was sunk in 1985. At a maximum depth of 26 meters. The second most famous dive site is an air target vehicle (The Tank). Recently a Hercules aircraft has been sunk, where coral is starting to grow.

You spend the night in a resort with swimming pool and diving school where all diving equipment is available. A minute away from the Red Sea south of Aqaba, opposite the dive site, with beach, Japanese Garden. One of the most beautiful places to dive. Transport is available to go to Aqaba.
